Spending a picture-perfect afternoon with an awesome like-minded subie enthusiast sounds just as great as it was! I first met Nate, the owner of the blue rally build STI hatch (Check out the details of his build and story here!), on the road driving next to him. A couple of thumbs up and a quick discussion about mods at a stoplight later, we were able to exchange Instagram handles and eventually communicate with each other.
A week later, we both found ourselves in each other’s company spending hours discussing our love for anything with wheels and our personal lives. When we talked, it seemed like time sped away and a new lifelong friendship was forming. Who knew that meeting another random subie owner on the road would lead to such a moment!
